Retention time

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted.

Contact forms
When you fill in one of our contact forms, we collect your name, email address and message. The form also records your IP address, browser, type of device and the page from which you sent it.
We use your contact details and message to reply to your request and, where relevant, to send you a proposal for our services. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the technical data to protect the forms against spam and misuse, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Submissions are stored in the website database and sent by email to our team. We keep them for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any business relationship that follows.
Website statistics (Google Analytics 4)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to understand how visitors use the website: which pages they visit, how long they stay and how they reached the site. If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google.
Personal Data processed: Cookies and Usage Data, such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location, device and browser. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
Cookies: _ga and _ga_FJNXQC3LWZ, each kept for up to 2 years.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through the cookie settings button shown on every page, or on our Cookie Policy page.
Data transfers: Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection. More information is available in the Google Privacy Policy.

We use CookieYes, a service provided by CookieYes Limited (3 Warren Yard, Warren Park, Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes, MK12 5NW, United Kingdom), to show the cookie banner and remember your choices.
Personal Data processed: a random consent ID, the choice you made for each cookie category, the banner language, the date and time of your choice, your country and your IP address in anonymised form. Your choice is also stored on your device in the cookieyes-consent cookie, kept for 1 year.
Legal basis: our legal obligation to be able to demonstrate that you gave consent (Article 6(1)(c) and Article 7(1) GDPR).
Data transfers: CookieYes Limited is based in the United Kingdom, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.
